The staff and location of the hotel were very good. Also, imperial palace was 1 mile away from the venue. Bakery walking distance to the hotel.

Worth its 3 stars. Came in Kyoto to relax and have fun, this hotel was lovely base for doing it. Family room had all necessary amenities.
